Description

The data snapshot currently contains TsFileResources and the snapshot receiver will pull the files one-by-one and load them.

However, if a merge process is going on in the snapshot provider, the files in the snapshot may be deleted due to the end of a merge and the data snapshot receiver can no longer pull the files.
