Description

Hi, I found one bug when registering a new confignode to the cluster.

when registering the new confignode to the cluster, the target confignode will check the 

least_data_region_group_num , however, the parameter can auto-be adjusted in the cluster, which causes the node that wants to register the cluster can not to register successfully.
