[IOTDB-4920] [cluster]Got a wrong result data set when using 'show cluster'

Description

After iotdb-cluster changed to readonly(pic 1 using " SET SYSTEM TO RUNNING" to change system to running.

Then using 'show cluster' we got a result like pic 2.

Expect：just show ‘Running’ without （DiskFull）
