Start 3C3D, Import a CSV file that does not contain data types, and then report a 400 error.

[xzh@i-kg9g1xqu tools]$ ./import-csv.sh -h 172.20.31.3 -p 6667 -u root -pw root -f /home/xzh/data/xzh/csv-data/no_datatype.csv
