[IOTDB-4122] there will be unkown error when we use session-sdk and the server config session_timeout_threshold is not defalut

Description

出现客户端和服务端出现状态不一致的问题，导致session无法重连假死，如：当session闲置时间超过了session_timeout_threshold的阈值时，服务端会返回一个已知异常到客户端，客户端会进行异常处理，并重连。如果是未知异常没在异常的枚举类，那就不会进行异常重连的处理，session就会死掉，并无法重连。
