Description

IoTDB服务重启是无法查看到系统恢复进度，cli中查询提示：Msg: 317: the sg root.iec may not ready now, please wait and retry later

需求：
1. 显示重启进度（日志+cli查询反馈）
2. 用户cli（或配置）内自定义存储组重启恢复顺序

 

If the IoTDB service is restarted, the system recovery progress cannot be displayed. The following information is displayed on the CLI: Msg: 317: the sg root.iec may not ready now, please wait and retry later

 

Requirements:  

1. Display the restart progress (logs and CLI query feedback)  

2. On the CLI (or configuration), customize the recovery sequence for storage groups
