Description

复现步骤：

使用当前master分支代码0ec17d79eb7673fb23d4986e19b39ff1e1f7fe0c编译生成的版本，

修改配置文件中enable_mqtt_service=true

启动iotdb

通过端口查询命令发现mqtt服务未启动。
