[IOTDB-2824] stop-server.sh will wrongly kill other process

Description

stop-server.sh will wrongly kill other process :

1)  It will kill not only server process but also client process in same machine.

     Note: This client can be 1 customer-dev tool using client-SDK, which is beyond customers' expectation.

2) When current linux has no lsof cmd, stop-server.sh will wrongly kill all IoTDB process.
