org.apache.iotdb.db.query.aggregation.AggregationType#deserialize

I feel that

1) It makes 1 simple coding more complicated.

2) When new UDAF funcitons are added, dev need add new type to this swith..case , which should not be necessary.

3) org.apache.iotdb.db.query.aggregation.AggregationType#serializeTo also has similiar issue.
