[IOTDB-2644] Should we provide two versions of Spark and Flink connectors？

Description

There is some problem of compatibility about scala's version. Maybe we can provide Scala_2.11 and Scala_2.12 two versions of Spark and Flink connectors. If someboby use Flink with Scala_2.11, they can import the depency of flink-iotdb-connector_2.11.
