Description

0.13.0 预发版2。
问题描述：
在执行跨空间合并时，停止iotdb，备份data，启动iotdb，执行count，查询结果多数据。
问题2（猜测同IOTDB-2445）：
Msg: 500: [INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR(500)] Exception occurred: "select count from root.test.g_2.d_2". executeStatement failed. java.io.IOException: overlapped data should be consumed first

复现流程：
1.关合并，bm生成测试数据，对齐序列，有乱序。
2. 开合并，执行合并，约6小时，停止iotdb，停止时的合并情况：

，备份data
3. 启动iotdb，执行100条查询：
test.g_1.d_1设备查询多数据，所有序列的实际点数为12亿点。
