Import of data containing Nan failed

    Description

      In the CLI, inserting Nan data succeeds, but the import fails
      data like this:
      Time,Device,d1,d2,d3
      2021-01-01T08:00:00.001+08:00,root.dun.t1,"123hello world",NaN,100
      2021-01-01T08:00:00.002+08:00,root.dun.t1,"123","\"",110
      2021-01-01T08:00:00.003+08:00,root.dun.t2,"123\,abc","hello_puppy",100
