Description

1. Description
   After iotdb's recovery, some data cannot be queried, it seems that they are lost.
2. Cause
   When recovering sgp, the tsfiles with merge level greater than 0, is not recovered by `TsFileRecoverPerformer`, which results in uninitialization of these `TsFileResource` object .
