[IOTDB-1888] [iotdb-benchmark] can't set point_step as 1us

Description

Hi

  There is bug in iotdb-benchmark,I can't use it to set  point_step as 1us.

1. set iotdb conf as 'timestamp_precision=us'
2. set iotdb-benchmark conf as 'TIMESTAMP_PRECISION=us' and 'POINT_STEP=200'
3. start iotdb the start iotdb-benchmark
4. using iotdb-cli to query the data:

The point_step is 200ms.
