Implement directory content equality in org.apache.commons.io.file.PathUtils:

• directoryAndFileContentEquals(Path, Path)
• directoryAndFileContentEquals(Path, Path, LinkOption[], OpenOption[], FileVisitOption[])
• directoryContentEquals(Path, Path)
• directoryContentEquals(Path, Path, int, LinkOption[], FileVisitOption[])
