1. fix some typos
isEqutal -> isEqual
maxMsgTrnsSize -> maxMsgTransferSize
visitTokenManage -> visitTokenManager

2. update comments

• FileSegment#append : delete Chinese comment
• FileSegment#checkAndSetExpired : delete Chinese comment
• FileSegmentList#findSegment: delete Chinese comment, add English
