Description

Update project document content:

1. remove docs in incubator-tubemq: Since https://github.com/apache/incubator-tubemq-website contains the content of the docs, delete the docs in https://github.com/apache/incubator-tubemq in order to avoid maintaining one content in two places to avoid inconsistencies;

2. Update the content of Chinese documents in incubator-tubemq-website:
     Add two sections of principle introduction and user manual, and supplement the documents in the following forms in each section:
     Introduction of principle
Introduction of principle architecture
Module implementation principle

       User manual
               Deployment Guidelines
Usage example
Introduction to configuration parameters
Control console operation guide
Error code
API introduction
