      Create public mailing list : students@community.apache.org

      I tried https://infra.apache.org/officers/mlreq, but ComDev PMC is not listed there

      Moderators can be same as in code-awards@ (including myself)

      It would be good to have this before 06/20, as this is the date we are starting the mentoring workshop.
