Description
We have recently set up a nightly build and wish to allow users to subscribe to build pass/failure notifications. However, we don't want to use the dev mailing list so as to limit that list to development discussions/issues.
According to the instructions for creating a list, we need to hold a vote, but for something like this it seems pretty clear that it should be a separate subscription that people can opt into. Do we really need a vote on this?
If not, we would like to set up a new list as:
builds@lucenenet.apache.org
...which is similar to what Lucene did.
Please make nightowl888@apache.org a moderator to this new mailing list (and all existing lucenenet mailing lists).
