    Description

In FINERACT-962, the Apache Fineract project would like to set up https://renovate.whitesourcesoftware.com to automate keeping our dependencies up-to-date. (FTR: I've previously evaluated Dependabot instead of Renovate in FINERACT-961, but concluded that Renovate and not Dependabot is the way to go. Also noted INFRA-19685.)

From https://github.com/apps/forking-renovate I've requested it for apache/fineract, and it now says "A request to install Forking Renovate has been submitted on the @apache account." If you have received that request, and are comfortable approving that, that would be really cool and super useful to our project.

Please do note that this is slightly different than e.g. our prior interaction re. something similar in INFRA-20143, or related INFRA-19586.... as per the comment in FINERACT-962 from [~rarkins] the author/administrator of Renovate, the "Forking" variant of this Bot/App does NOT require write access to the Repo - which I understand is why we could not move forward e.g. in INFRA-20143 or INFRA-19586 - but this one should be possible (we hope).
