Confluence emails not reaching lists

    Description

      The configuration is in place for changes to the Tomcat space to be sent to the dev@tomcat.apache.org however those emails never arrive.

      As far as I am aware the issue is two fold:

      1. Confluence always marks email as bulk (with no way to disable that)
      2. ezmlm always drops email marked as bulk

      The Tomcat community would very much like the change notifications to go to the dev@ mailing list.
