The post-graduation incantation contains the following line:

http://incubator.apache.org/guides/graduation.html#transfer

1. Update the Incubator status page

... with "status page" linked to podlings/index.html... which is autogenerated.

I'd like to update the documentation but it's not clear to me whether it's
appropriate to remove that directive or to mod it to indicate what must be
done to make the page update.

The third instruction in that grouping seems wacky as well:

3. Edit the Incubator website to remove the podling from the list in
project.xml. Here explains how.

... with "Here" linked to the instructions to simply regenerate the Incubator
web site. Presumably some action must be taken first. What is it?
