Description

Legal casts to Decimal from various datatypes is broken, I'm filing this to track all the sub-problems.

Sub-Tasks

• cast(float/double to Decimal(x,y)) yields unexpected results.: Resolved
• cast(string as Decimal(x,y)) can be wrong even if the string conforms to the type of decimal it's being cast to.: Resolved
• Casting all integer types to a legal Decimal is broken.: Resolved
