TestResultSpooling.test_full_queue_large_fetch is flaky

    Description

      The query profile contains RowBatchSendWaitTime: 0.000ns time to time, which causes this test to fail.

      This seems to be common when USE_CDP_HIVE=true, but I also seen it in non-CDP builds.
      I did not investigate the cause, so I don't know whether CDPness should have any effect.
