Description

I noticed that some of our dependency versions are stale and we could pick up newer versions to include in the 3.3.0 release.

Specifically,

• JQuery is quite old. We don't use it very heavily so hopefully a bump would not be disruptive
• jackson-databind and derby have newer patch versions
