Some steps in create-load-data.sh don't make data visible to Impala

      Description

      For example, files are copied into functional_parquet.lineitem_multiblock but a "REFRESH" statement is never issued by the data loading script. This works fine in the Jenkins jobs because the cluster is restarted before running parallel tests.
