    Description

      HADOOP-15407 recently added a new FileSystem implementation called "ABFS" for the ADLS Gen2 service. Instead of being in the hadoop-azure-datalake module, it's in the hadoop-azure module as a replacement for WASB.

      It should have pretty much the same filesystem semantics as ADLS, but URIs are configured separately, so we'll need a new function to pick it up, even if we treat it the same.
