Description

We should automatically cherry-pick relevant changes from Kudu to Impala. This should happen for all folders that we share (rpc, util, security), possibly also for security.

copybara might be helpful for this. However, something similar to the Jenkins job that did the master -> 2.x mirroring might already be enough.
