Update TPCDS columns from DOUBLE to DECIMAL for Kudu

    Description

      Once the Kudu Decimal support patch is in (IMPALA-5752), we need to change some of the columns from DOUBLE to DECIMAL for Kudu for TPCDS and possibly TPCH. The expected results need to be updated as well. The expected results should be the same as for other storage types.
