Description

We should have a flag to run all tests with krpc, for example impala-py.test --test_krpc. This should also be used to start clusters like start-impala-cluster.py --test_krpc.

Then the flag should be enabled by setting an environment variable before calling buildall.sh / run-all-tests.sh.
