Enable asynchronous logging

    Description

      Impala already imported the asynchronous logger (https://github.com/apache/impala/blob/master/be/src/kudu/util/async_logger.h) implemented in the Kudu util. We should enable this by default for Impala logging by calling kudu::EnableAsyncLogging when initializing the logging infrastructure.
