Description
At present, there is no-way to cancel queries in CREATED state.
For various reasons, because of connectivity issues with HMS or catalog, queries may sometimes stay in CREATED state longer . And if admission control is implemented, these queries end up occupying admission control queue. (These queries cannot recover from whatever issue they had connecting to HMS even after service becomes normal and stay stuck in CREATED state). And only way to cleanup these queries is the restart the co-ordinator.
But these queries in created state are non-cancellable right now.
They should be available for cancel and be released from Admission control queue.
OR
The queries in CREATED state should not occupy admission control queue.
