    Description

      Functionality from: IMPALA-4859

      Doc change is mainly to add IS NULL and IS NOT NULL operators to any list of things that get pushed down, and remove any restrictions that say they don't get pushed down.

      Cc: ambreen.kazi because probably involves changes to Apache Kudu docs too.
