[IMPALA-5087] Running invalidate metadata while concurrently querying a newly created table fails query with "Could not resolve table reference: 'foo'"

Description

Running invalidate metadata concurrently while querying a newly created table fails the query against the new table with "Could not resolve path: " for show table and "Could not resolve table reference" for query against the same table

Jmeter script used to repro the failure is attached.
