Description

Kudu recently landed support for pushdown IS NULL and IS NOT NULL predicates (KUDU-1642, KUDU-1595). Would be nice if this were taken advantage of in the Impala front end. Should be similar to other predicates where setting the predicate on the scan token builder will pipe it through to the backend.
