Description

For unknown query IDs, /query_profile_encoded?query_id=123 starts with an empty line. However, it should print the error message on the first line. The behavior was changed in this change (#3779) for IMPALA-3918.

To fix this, we should remove the newline after the ASF comment in www/raw_text.tmpl.
