Description

The message for setting an option when disconnected doesn't make it clear that the command had no effect.

[Not connected] > set DEBUG_ACTION=1:PREPARE:FAIL;
Query options currently set:
        DEBUG_ACTION: 0:PREPARE:FAIL
Connect to an impalad to see the default query options
