Description

If the shell loses its connection to Impala, the next command will fail. This can be slightly tedious. Instead, what we should do is try to call PingImpalaService() before every command. If the RPC fails, we should re-establish a connection (along with a message that we're doing so, because the user's session will have been lost while the shell is using Beeswax).
