Description

We don't really do any proper automated stress testing for the statestore. We should!

In the first instance, we should focus on the behaviour of the server (not so much the clients). This might include:

• Correctly timing out during client pauses
• Sending the right topic version after a restart
• Re-registering many times in succession

And so on.
