[IMPALA-1774] Allow querying Parquet tables with complex-typed columns as long as those columns are not selected.

Description

Today, users with existing Parquet data containing nested types are unable to query them via Impala due to some limitations we have in the backend's table column -> Parquet column resolution. It should be possible to query those tables as long as no complex-typed columns are referenced.
