Description

We need to document the workaround for the Hive bug in 0.13.1 breaks "alter table ... set tblproperties ('numRows'=NEW_NUM_ROWS_VAL)" (see IMPALA-1420). The workaround applies to Impala 2.0 and 2.0.1 because it will not be fixed in Hive by CDH 5.2.1.
