We should say that multiple dirs (to put scratch dirs on multiple disks) can be specified by passing as a comma delimited string.

Also, we say "By default, intermediate files used during large sort operations are stored in the directory ..." but this could also be temp files for aggs, joins, or even analytic fn evaluation. Should also update "These files are removed when the sort operation finishes".
