Description

Currently Impala writes double slashes in the paths of datafiles for non-partitioned Iceberg tables, e.g.:

hdfs://localhost:20500/test-warehouse/ice_t/data//594828b035d480b7-9c9fd8eb00000000_173316607_data.0.parq

Paths should be normalized so they won't cause any problems later.
