Description

Separate out an IMAP protocol library suite including the mailbox complex. This will be independent of the JAMES server container and avalon. The aim will be to be able to ship an independently version IMAP allowing a separate release cycle. JAMES server will be coupled to the IMAP protocol only through deployment modules.
