Description

There is currently no way to supply a custom Palette when generating an indexed PNG file. Allowing this enables users to use different quantization algorithms, e.g. Wu's. ( https://dl.acm.org/doi/pdf/10.1145/146443.146475 / https://gist.github.com/bert/1192520 )
