[IGNITE-9262] Web console: missed generation of query entities for imported domain modelss

Description

1. Open configuration overview.
2. Import cluster from dabase.
3. Open cluster configuration.
4. Download generated project.

Downloaded project does not contains generated QueryEntities, that are visible in project preview.

They appear on configuration page refresh.

Second problem:

1. Import domain models with new cluster creation.
2. Quickly open cluster
3. Quickly Save and download cluster.

Error in log is received: angular.js:13018 GET http://localhost:9000/api/v1/configuration/5b72b9ca7396bb79794a1a9b 500 (Internal Server Error)
