Description

1. deactivate a cluster
2. switch to cluster w\o persistent
3. switch back to the first cluster

• component prints 'Activating' but should 'Deactivating'

The reason is that Ignite has no it own state 'activating(deactivating) in progress' and the current implementation on frontend is a workaround only.
