Description

In JCache 1.1 type safety guarantees on method CacheManager#getCache(String) was relaxed. So we can remove unnesesary checks. Please see the links for detailes.
It makes test CacheManagerTest#getUnsafeTypedCacheRequest fail in TCK 1.0.1.
