Ignite restart with PDS enabled may cause delays in TTL cleanup worker

    Description

      If ignite was restarted and not all TTL entries were evicted, simple restart does not cause entries to be deleted, even if test waits for some time.

      In the same time if some entries were touched by get() TTL eviction starts to work as it is expected.
