      Need to add task which downloads RC from
      https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/ignite/X.Y.Z-rcK
      and checks that sha1, md5, gpg, src(license, build)) are ok.

      Also it should check that all Jira issues are resolved or closed for this version.
